Shotwell specializes in vegan cakes and baked goods, and she reveals the best substitutes for dairy products in baking and gives advice for those who are interested in exploring baking during the pandemic. Shotwell taught herself how to bake through trial and error and now makes a living baking and decorating spectacular cakes.

Prager talks about his unusual career path including how he learned about important flavor combinations from working at California Pizza Kitchen and why he’s afraid to attempt to make his mom’s homemade mac and cheese, and then gives tips on how to become a better home cook while stuck inside during the shelter-at-home order.

If passed, the bill would allow transgender and nonbinary students to use their preferred names on their diplomas.
