Kim Palmer is the Founder and CEO of a women's wellness community. Kim developed a hypnotherapy app for women who may be struggling with anxiety, sleep and body confidence.
Kim built her community off the back of her own personal experience with anxiety and working in the corporate world. She shares very honestly with us how her own struggles have shaped what she now provides for other women through her app, all whilst working a full time job and being a Mum to two young children.

Professor Adam Ockleford is the Director of Applied Music Research Centre and a Professor or Music at the University of Roehampton. Adam has authored over 20 books on the subject of music, learning, memory and creativity; the cognition of musical structure and the construction of musical meaning.
