Are you having food cravings and just keep giving in to them, despite telling yourself you're not going to? It's beyond frustrating and worse, it can create lots of unwanted weight!! :(
In today's podcast, I want to share with you three ways to manage your food cravings that will begin giving you results.
I also mentioned in today's podcast, that you can sign up for my 30-Day Body Challenge where we will not be talking about food, but you will form an entirely different relationship with food and have a much better understanding of your mind as it relates to helping you lose weight. -
Today I'm talking about how you can begin losing weight if you've been struggling with extra weight and nothing seems to work. You might have struggled with extra weight since you were five or six years old, or maybe you've just struggled with your extra weight in the last few years. Either way, you will love this podcast as I share with you why your old weight loss efforts haven't worked and how you must approach your weight loss journey moving forward.
Today we are diving deep into the neuropsychology of effective weight loss. -

I don't know about you, but I'm obsessed with documentaries (feel free to let me know your favorites) and today I was just watching the documentary Game Changers.
In this documentary, there's very convincing evidence to become vegan or change your diet to a plant-based diet.
I have also researched numerous other diets over the years (as I'm sure you have too) telling you to juice, the benefit of eating only meat, etc. Yet, the number of people struggling with weight continues to climb. The diet industry often focuses on the superhuman athlete, vs. the regular person, like you and me, who want to live in a healthy and vibrant body and be normal with food.
Today I will show two ways you can take action that will actually get you results if you're an emotional eater, binge eater, suck at dieting, etc. -
How would being consistent with food and movement impact your weight loss results?
What would happen if actually ate what you say you would? If weekends or night eating didn't screw up everything?
You would lose so much weight right?? Today I'm talking about the #1 most powerful tool you can use to start getting more consistent with your actions. -
Today I want to share with you something that I noticed... I have recently gained some weight and when I examined why, I discovered that my recent weight gain is really about putting others (like my family) first, instead of putting myself and my body goals first. Can you relate? If you would like to join me for my 7 Day Pre-Holiday Challenge to focus on our inner game before the holidays, I am craving to get to know more of you and connect with my tribe more. It's totally FREE. All you have to do to register is click the link below.

Welcome back to this week's podcast episode. I'm Marna Thall owner of ThinWithin.com and ThinWithinLife.com and over the next several weeks, as I look to retire my business, I am giving you the most important tips that have made the biggest difference in the lives and bodies of thousands of clients and members I've had the pleasure to work with. Today we are focusing on Tip #2: Focusing on One Thing Research in cognitive psychology and neuroscience suggests that focusing on one thing at a time and mastering it can lead to better outcomes in terms of learning, productivity, and overall performance. Here are some key points: 1. Limited Attentional Resources: The human brain has limited capacity for processing information at any given moment. When we try to multitask or switch between tasks rapidly, our attention becomes divided, leading to decreased performance on each task. This phenomenon is known as "attentional bottleneck." Focusing on one task allows us to allocate our limited attentional resources more effectively. 2. Deep Work: Cal Newport, a computer science professor and author, popularized the concept of "deep work," which refers to the ability to focus without distraction on a cognitively demanding task. He argues that deep work is essential for producing high-quality work and achieving professional success. Deep work requires sustained attention and concentration on a single task, often resulting in mastery and innovation. 3. Neuroplasticity and Learning: Neuroscientists have demonstrated that the brain has a remarkable ability to reorganize itself in response to experience, a phenomenon known as neuroplasticity. When we focus on learning and practicing a specific skill or topic, our brains undergo structural and functional changes that strengthen the neural connections associated with that activity. This focused practice leads to skill acquisition and mastery over time. In summary, research suggests that the brain already has a heavy cognitive load, as it must constantly switch between tasks, leading to mental fatigue and decreased performance. By focusing on one task at a time to improve your health, you will reduce cognitive load and allocate more mental resources to mastering one powerful weight loss and body transformation tool at a time. The results will include: better concentration, deeper skill acquisition, increased cognitive along with better learning and expertise development. By harnessing the brain's capacity for deep focus and sustained attention, you will see better long term health results. #weightlosstip, #bodygoals, #simplementalweightlosstools, #stopdietingpodcast, #weightloss, #mentalweightlosspodcast, #weightlossplan, #overeatinghelp, #helpmeloseweight, #helpmeloseweightpodcast, #bestweightlosspodcast, #mentalweightlosspodcast, #weightlosshabits, #weightlosstools, #howtoloseweightpodcast, #newweightlosshabits, #over40weightloss, #over50weightloss, #over60weightloss, #popularweightlosspodcast, #weightlosstips, #stopyoyoieting, #emotionalhunger, #stopeatingmyfeelings, #theweightlosspodcast, #weightlosspodcastspotify, #popularweightlosspodcast, #diets, #nodietpodcast, #nomoredieting, #sickofdieting, #intuitiveeating, #naturalweightloss, #tipstostopemotionaleating, #lose50poundspodcast, #mentalweightloss, #mindbasedweightloss, #marnathall, #thinwithin, #thinwithinonline, #thinwithinpodcast, #overeatingpodcast, #thinwithinlife
