Tough decisions are inevitable in life. Do they always have to be so hard though? YES. YES, THEY DO. Theres no âhackâ or âeasy wayâ in this episode. Theyâre hard because if they were easy then they wouldnât be called hard would they? The moral of this episode is to embrace discomfort, stick to your decisions + keep going , trusting your gut and use two specific versions of yourself as your counsellors when you donât know what to do. Life is tough. We are constantly told who we need to be. What we need to do to fit in. We end up doing so to protect ourselves or just simply survive and fulfill obligations the external world put onto us. It doesnât have to be that way. Not anymore anyway. You have an opportunity to go back and bring back a part of your child self that you shunned away. Your inner child will appreciate it. Who knows, life might start to seem bright again. đ
