Produced and delivered by the Head Coach of Triangle Judo Club, Gary Jackson.  Former Royal Marine's King's Badgeman and Section Commander Gary has over thirty years of experience as a judo coach.   He has developed and coached four judo clubs during that time in England and Northern Ireland.  Many judo clubs in the South of England are coached by Gary's students.   He has travelled across Europe and USA to develop his knowledge and experience and has coached in France.  He has a background as a Snr Project Manager, prior to that a Financial Consultant, Personal Safety Consultant, Close Protection Officer, Advanced Close Protection Driver, Motorcycle Racer, National Judo Coach Royal Navy/Royal Marines.  He is experienced in Sports Psychology and Nutrition as well as Strength & Conditioning.   And he produces bedtime story videos for young judo players!    This helps Gary take a wide view of the world in which we live and a holistic approach to developing people through the wonderful art of Judo.
