James Ghareeb is a folk songwriter and one of my closest friends. Which means this one goes deep fast. James is in the middle of what he calls wreckage. A breakup he didn't want. A homeland under attack. Family in Beirut he checks on morning and night. You're gonna hear about the summer he was 11, when war broke out in Lebanon, the airport was bombed, and a US military helicopter carried him and one handbag out of the country while most of his family had to stay. And you're gonna hear why he doesn't believe when it rains it pours anymore.
He plays for us "Time Enough". He texted me the night he wrote it and said it might be the best song he's ever written.
He might be right.

She goes by DINER. It’s not her real name, but when you have the secrets to the world’s best french toast recipe, it’s a name you deserve. DINER is a hell of a country singer, planting her flag for the genre out here in California, not Nashville, of all places to pursue country.
You're gonna hear how she’s fighting in a major standoff to win back her own masters. How she ended up on a Stagecoach stage and playing on a literal NASCAR track. And how, somewhere in all that, she figured out how to survive this industry with nobody's hand on her back but her own.
And at the end of the talkin’, in the back of this 1970 Ford, sky wide open, she plays us a song nobody's heard yet. Brand new. Unreleased. Hitting air this summer of 2026. It’s called "Traditional." And trust me. It's about a whole lot more than you think.
