  • Today’s guest is Yoga Teacher and Owner and Creator of Violet Sky Andrea Gonzalez. Violet Sky, a community hub, is a dedication to her daughter Violet who passed away from Cancer in 2021. Andrea refers to Violet Sky as a Community Lovebomb where everybody who comes to the space is free to be authentically themselves.

Andrea fearlessly opens up about how for a long time after the death of her young daughter that she felt that part of her own body was missing, she speaks to us about how sitting into the pain allowed for that void, that empty space to eventually be filled with love. We speak about how authenticity is everything, being vulnerable is beyond powerful and how trusting the flow of your life leads to an unwavering faith that everything being placed around you and everything that is happening in your life is unfolding just the way it’s supposed to. I was in awe of Andrea’s zest for life and her faith and trust in the lessons this life has put in her path, this conversation is raw, open and everything we need to hear right now.

  • Today’s guest is Entrepreneur and Women’s Business Coach Stephanie Lanier. Stephanie has spent her life exploring new perspectives and helping others do the same. The pursuit of a better, more efficient, more authentic, connected, and natural way to live, work, and learn is really what she's all about and what she has dedicated her life to helping other women and parents find as well.

This conversation is honest, raw, vulnerable and so beautiful and I can’t wait for you to hear it. We talk about embracing change and finding fulfilment, prioritising connection with our children over perfection parenting, EMDR Therapy and the profound impact of reconnecting with your heart. I hope you enjoy.

Please Note: This episode contains a Trigger Warning. During this conversation there is mention of stillbirth and abuse.

Here are some of the main insights from today’s episode with Stephanie:

(1)It’s not about trying more, it’s about relaxing into who you already are and if you don’t like who that person is, get some help, to help you figure out how to like that person more

(2)As women our hearts are the most precious thing and we are in charge of tending to them so that everything around us flourishes, but it has to start with us

(3)Just follow the Joy! If you don’t have those moments of joy in your life right now, maybe go back to when you were 8 yrs old, what brought you joy then? Go do that!

  • Today’s guest is Author, Meditation Teacher and Coach Conor Creighton. We talk about meditation, love, finding your way in a busy world, the inherent value in simply being yourself and the importance of taking responsibility for your own happiness.

Here are some of the main insights from today’s episode with Conor:

(1)Embracing our softness doesn’t diminish our strength; in fact, it enhances it.

(2)There’s a lot of societal pressure and expectation on both men and women to fit into certain roles, and that can be limiting and stifling. So creating spaces where people can be vulnerable, express their emotions, and be authentic is crucial for overall well-being.

(3)The more we can understand and appreciate the diversity within ourselves and others, the richer our collective experience becomes.

You can connect with Conor on Instagram @conorcreighton and on his website meditatingwithconor.com where you will also find his books “The Truth About Love” and “This Is It”
