As a licensed holistic psychotherapist and transformational coach, Shenikka operates within a trauma-informed, culturally conscious, and anti-oppressive framework. With close 20 years of experience, Shenikka's personal journey with trauma and chronic illness has been her most valuable teacher, guiding her to appreciate the significance of nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, EFT (Emotion Freedom Tapping), and inner child modalities.
