Drink up buttercups because we are talking about men this episode. This week I listened to the book F*ck Him! Nice Girls Always Finish Single by Brian Nox on audible. It's a short 2 hour and 50 minute listen and has some great tips! This book is much more geared on how to date and navigate that world as a single woman rather than breeding connection, commitment and healthy relationships. However, it does give insight to dating from a mans perspective. If you are a single woman and/or causally dating someone I'd say its worth the listen! Cheers winos!

Hello winos! On this episode I break down the difference between emotional maturity vs. emotional availability. They don't always go hand in hand. This is how I define them- Emotional maturity: being able to name your emotions, find the root and process them appropriately. Emotionally availability: having the ability to hold space for others, being reachable and communicating feelings. I believe you can be emotionally mature without being emotionally available and vice versa. Our awareness and openness with our emotions ebb and flow, just like the rest of life. I also share a dating recent dating experience and how I came to this understanding. It's clear to say, life is always teaching me something new ;)
Wine mentioned: Lazy Breeze Sauvignon Blanc

Bri shares her findings working at a psychology research lab and I dive into some personal and relatable experiences of my own. This conversation is open, honest and candid about things that matter regardless of background.
