Barb Smith Varclova, CPTSD Specialist, discuss with Lucia Petrusova, RTT Practitioner, how trauma is manifesting in form of PMDD and what are steps to recovery from debilitating symptoms to full life free of symptoms.
With two decades of corporate experience, Lucia brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Lucia's journey began as a former Corporate Lean Six Sigma Master Black, the highest certification in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. This distinction led her to an exciting opportunity to join an international team in Paris back in 2013, where she served as a coach, trainer, and transformational leader responsible for spearheading process improvements and cultural transformations across Europe, the Balkans, and Russia. Prior to her Parisian venture, Lucia contributed significantly to the same company's success in Prague.
Driven by her distinctive skill set and experiences, Lucia made a conscious decision to pivot her focus towards supporting individuals on their personal and professional journeys after a momentous career call in 2018. This decision marked the beginning of a new chapter, as she graduated from Erickson Coaching International as a Solution Focused NLP Coach. Despite the fulfillment she found in coaching, Lucia yearned for a more profound impact on her clients, something that would address deep-rooted issues and provide immediate relief after each session.
Lucia's quest for a transformative approach led her to Marisa Peer and her Rapid Transformational Therapy© (RTT©). Recognizing its power, she became a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in RTT©, seamlessly integrating it with coaching based on the client's needs and the path to optimal results.
Lucia's journey is deeply intertwined with a poignant personal story. Born as the second child after the tragic loss of her sister, she faced unique challenges as her parents navigated their grief. Constant comparisons to her late sister created a struggle for identity acceptance. Overcoming this profound issue ignited Lucia's calling, leading her to study coaching and later embracing RTT.
Through her personal and professional experiences, Lucia has successfully overcome identity issues and addressed a range of challenges with the help of RTT. This includes triumphs over PMDD, migraines, and PTSD stemming from a traumatic experience in December 2022, involving a relationship with a narcissist.
While Lucia's passion extends across various domains, she offers support for those grappling with PMDD. Her approach is always centered on facilitating positive transformations and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
