It's the season one finale, y'all! I went back and forth on whether or not I should break this up into seasons. Ultimately I decided that seasons is the way to go, for now at least.
In today's episode I'm reflecting and intro-specting to share with you 8 takeaways from my first seasons of podcasting. Not included on the list — the fact that I say UM a lot.
I want to hear from you! What do you LOVE about WELL-rounded? And what do you feel kinda “meh” about?
What was your first episode of season one?
Do you prefer long episodes, short episodes, something in between?
Let me know your thoughts - [email protected] :) and thank you for all your love and podcast support during season one

I'm super excited to have my boyfriend, Jeremy, on the podcast today! You might know him around here as "boy." Yes, I actually call him that in real life. He's been insanely supportive of this blog, the podcast, my marathon training pursuits and various life paths. He's also the unofficial photographer for KITC. Which we talk about in today's episode.
I had so much fun recording with him -- and I think he ended up having a good time too.
We talk about... the secret to making a long distance relationship work. Jeremy's decision to change majors from music performance to teaching. why we both love teaching (he's a history teacher!) "adulting" and transitioning into the real world after college. integrating wellness into your relationship when you're partner isn't into wellness. + moreHosted by Kayla Kleinman

I'm super excited to have Jonna Piira on the show this week. She is a total badass as I'm sure you'll soon realize in this episode. As Founder and CEO of Kali, an organic tampon and pad subscription service, Jonna Piira spearheads the company’s business development and strategic planning activities.
Until more recently I was totally clueless about what was in the beauty products I'm using. I won't pretend I'm now some clean beauty freak, I have a long way to go. BUT I have become more conscious about the products I'm using. Think about it -- if I'm being conscious of what's in the food I'm consuming, why should I be equally as concerned with the products I'm using on my body?
Besides chatting about the importance of knowing what's in your feminine products we chat a lot about entrepreneurship, taking care of yourself when you're running a business and treating your body kindly.
*Reminder* Episode #20 will be a bit of a switcheroo and my boyfriend, Jeremy, will be interviewing me. Got a question you're curious about? Email me - [email protected] by May 4th. Episode 20 will also been the season one finale. Stay tuned for a listener survey as well.

Today's episode of WELL-rounded is all about protecting your energy, which is also one of the intentions I set for 2018. So much easier said than done, right?
In this episode I talk about my own struggle to protect my energy. It's freaking hard! As an introvert who works in an extroverted field I'm super cautious about managing my energy. Otherwise let's just say I turn into a raging bitch. Not a cute look for a yoga teacher.
This episode will leave you with tips to figure out how to protect your own energy, introvert or not, so you can avoid burnout and reaching raging bitch status.
