The last few months of the year -- or Q4 in business terms -- can be a wash for health. We can wonder why start something new at this time of year, which is so full of activities, obligations and things that can derail our health journey? We find a way to get past these hurdles today so we donât feel like we need to dig ourselves out of a hole in January!
