Kim Gristy interviews Simon Wright the guy behind what is becoming the biggest charity event of 2021. Simon shares this is the second year he has planned this event and how in 2021 it has exploded! 'We Remember Them' Relay 2021 is covering Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England, including many of our outlying Islands. Open water swimmers, runners, cyclists, canoeist, bog snorklers and many more are all coming together to keep the baton going and raising much needed funds for Laura Hyde Foundation. The charity was set up to help and support all frontline workers struggling at this time; needing to reach out for mental health care or advice. Simon shares how you can be involved from virtual events to hero legs. This is one of many podcasts covering this amazing journey.
