Tahlita Venter is a lecturer at the Department of Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Stellenbosch. Her main focus is to help the students apply what they learn in class. She takes them out to the vineyards and let them get their hands dirty. She has a plethora of information when it comes to terroir, grapevines and weather influences.
