Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.

In this meditation we invoke a sphere of multidimensional crystalline blue light to take you through the Christ grid to your Over-Soul Temple of light. Here, being held by the loving and powerful energy of your Over-Soul we begin to reverse the toxic patterning and imprinting created within the 3D Matrix. Specifically, we focus on three patterns: firstly seperation and feeling unloved and abandoned, secondly fear and terror and thirdly unworthiness and undeserving. Prior to the fall in Grace during the end of the Lemurian civilisation humanity had a consciousness where there was a direct experience of the Goddess flowing in nature and from within. The world and all life were seen as sacred. After the fall of Lemuria and then with the fall of Atlantis this world plummeted in vibration to the low 3D dimension of separation consciousness. Now the world is ascending in vibration once more and the Goddess energy is returning. This meditation focuses on the stargate of our sun, long seen as a symbol of masculine energy the 3D Mutant Matrix. Although the sun holds both masculine and feminine aspects of the Divine, at this time of rebalancing we intentionally focus on various aspects of the Divine Feminine energy returning to this planet.

In this meditation we neutralise our judgments about money and open to our core needs and desires for abundance in order to activate a greater degree of flow into and through our reality. Our birth right is abundance and that includes the flow of money. All forms of abundance, wealth and money can be found and accessed as a flow of energy. This flow is like the radiant light of the sun. Ever shining, ever giving, ever sustaining. This light is always there whether we choose to stand and bathe in the light or whether we choose to hide in the shadows of lack and scarcity. Abundance is generated upon the earth. There is a time of planting and reaping the harvest. We can perhaps not even bother to plant the seeds in the fields, if we do have the energy to plant the seeds, we can store the harvest or let it rot in the fields. We are the ones aligning with abundance or distancing ourselves from the Divine Flow.

This meditation uses different angelic/colour frequencies, especially ultra-violet fire, to clear and protect areas in the head (mouth, nose and eyes) where the virus can enter. Also, this meditation clears and then protects the throat and lungs. Then a gold light frequency is used to raise the vibration of all areas said to be vulnerable to this virus and then the whole body.The virus is said to enter the body through the nose, mouth or eyes. The viral particles travel quickly to the nasal passages and then to the mucous membranes in the back of your throat, attaching to a particular receptor in the cells, beginning there. As the virus multiplies it affects the back of the throat and from there enters the bronchial tubes inflaming their mucous membranes. This impacts the ability of the lungs to supply oxygen to the blood.

Why do we hold on to the past? Why does it feel difficult to let go of certain painful experiences? The main reason is the emotional charge attached to a past experience that seeks completion or resolution. Instead of completion or resolution the emotional charge causes us to relive the experience in our consciousness. We may find ourselves thinking about this experience for many years later. As well as the emotional charge of the event there may also be the judgements of others or/and our own self-judgements that continue to maintain the emotional charge and the memory obsessively looping in our consciousness. This meditation helps to release unhappy or toxic memories and neutralises associated emotional charges such as anger, or anxiety or guilt and shame over past mistakes. It helps the past to naturally find its own avenue of completion within you. Use this meditation when: You keep obsessively playing a ‘negative’ event over and over in your mind, you feel stressed or ashamed over your involvement in a past event.**PLEASE NOTE** Before doing this meditation intend to release certain past events in order to move on. In this meditation we call upon Universal Energy and our Family of Light, to invoke and release a flow of miracles in our reality. Miracle Consciousness is the state of a soul that has stabilised within 5th Level Density. In the 3D Matrix miracles are a rarity and when they occur, they are deemed to be due to Divine Providence. As the light is ascending the possibility of mastery is being birthed on the earth-plane. This mastery involved taking responsibility for the reality we are allowing, attracting and creating around us. Many Starseeds have incarnated within dense 3D Bloodlines and have inherited limiting and painful stories that block fluidity of movement and manifestation on the earth-plane. In this 3D Paradigm much is coming to the surface to be healed. One aspect is the various schisms and divides that have been created across the globe. One of the most insidious is racism and all its associated prejudices, judgements and toxic conversations and projections. Recent orchestrated events in the US have brought this issue to the surface to be witnessed and healed. This meditation is designed to create a healing wave for the USA and then the planet. The soul has no race, the soul has incarnated in many races and in bodies that we would not readily recognise. As we move through the ascension process many are recognising that they have lived many lifetimes and have experienced life through different eyes and mindsets. When we recognise our multidimensional nature, it becomes impossible to hold ‘negative’ judgements about other and difference.
