Welcome to What’s My Age Again – the podcast that asks: How old are you? How old is your body? What do you do to feel young?
Katherine Ryan not only asks her celebrity guests how they feel about ageing but she also asks them to give her their blood. Every famous name on the show takes a biological age test and midway through the show we reveal how their bodies' age compares to their chronological age.
Katherine Ryan is 41 but is her body?
It’s a fascinating and fun conversation about their lifestyle, their childhood, their family and their attitude to getting older. Do they do anything to reverse the visible signs of ageing?
The guests span the decades, and we find out if years of being at the top of their game in sport, entertainment or politics has impacted their body.
Dr Nichola Conlon, who has a PhD in biochemistry joins us every week to discuss the guests’ results and to share the latest science on longevity.

I was a broke, university dropout, at 18 I built an industry leading social media marketing company, and at 27 I resigned as CEO. At 28 I co-founded Flight Story – a marketing and communications company, and thirdweb - a software platform, making it easy to build web3 applications. I then launched private equity fund, Flight Fund, to accelerate the next generation of European unicorns. During this time I decided to launch 'The Diary Of A CEO' podcast with the simple mission of providing an unfiltered journey into the remarkable stories and untold dimensions of the world’s most influential people, experts and thinkers.

In this BBC Radio 4 podcast, Drs Chris and Xand van Tulleken are on a mission to help us take better care of ourselves.
Although they are identical twins, Chris and Xand are very different and they never stop thinking and arguing about science and health. They want to lead healthy, happy lives and as doctors, they want this for everyone. Yet they tussle over how best to get there.
When it comes to looking after our own health, it can be confusing. Medicine and science produce amazing new treatments and diagnostics every day and we are bombarded with so many headlines and pieces of advice; but how are we supposed to know what's really best for us and then successfully apply it to our lives?
Drs Chris and Xand van Tulleken embrace this challenge; even as they marvel at the scientific breakthroughs, they grapple with the competing claims about health, wellbeing and how to live.
From understanding testosterone therapies to microplastics in our diets, and the concept of 'hangriness' to the power of saying no - this podcast deals with the health stresses we all face every day, while taking on board how the decisions by corporations and governments affect all our health.
Each episode, Chris and Xand are joined by an expert guest to examine the latest research, psychological insights, and data, to help listeners navigate the overwhelming amount of information and advice out there. They talk about the trials and tribulations in their own lives in their characteristically witty way - each teasing the other as they search for solutions. Xand has trouble sleeping , Chris has noisy knees, one of them has got an embarrassing itch. They have different ways of looking at things and find it really helpful to get the other one's point of view. These doctors are trying their best and encouraging listeners to do the same.

In a country obsessed with gossip, the great and the good fear one thing more than any other - scandal.
British scandals change the course of history. They bring down governments, overthrow the rich and cause the mighty to fall. Some are about sex, others about money. In the end, they’re all about power.
But often at the heart of a scandal, there are ordinary human stories. Stories of those caught up in the swirl of outrage.
Who was really to blame for what happened? Why did they do it? And when all is said and done, did anything really change?
From the creators of Business Wars, American Scandal and Ghost Story, comes British Scandal. Each week, hosts Alice Levine and Matt Forde delve into the murkier side of the British elite, from Phone Hacking to Profumo to the short-lived premiership of Liz Truss. Because sometimes the truth doesn’t set everyone free…

It was supposed to be impenetrable. A palatial home on London’s Billionaires’ Row, guarded round-the-clock by ex-military security, in one of the most heavily-patrolled streets in the country.
And yet, on a cold night in December 2019, a group of audacious thieves pulled off the perfect burglary, slipping inside the Kensington home of Formula 1 heiress, Tamara Ecclestone and vanishing into the night with an incredible £25 million in diamonds, cash, and jewellery. How?
In this jaw-dropping investigation, Daily Mail reporters George Odling and Andy Jehring embark on a years-long hunt for answers—knocking on doors across Europe, chasing leads in Serbia’s criminal underworld, and uncovering a story far more complex than anyone had imagined.
From luxury mansions to the shadowy depths of organised crime, Heists, Scams & Lies investigates the truth behind the biggest domestic burglary in British history to try and find out once and for all: where are Tamara Ecclestone’s missing diamonds?

Comedians Joe Wilkinson & David Earl chat utter drivel to each other 3 - 5 days a week. They natter to celebrities and deep dive into guests with interesting lives (as theirs is so boring). Occasionally they plan a surprise for each other to pep it up a bit. David loves hearing about behind the scenes stuff from TV shows and writing jingles. Joe likes adventuring and is obsessed with the podcast charts. Sometimes they'll embark on a day out podding together just so they can get out of the house. It's a brilliantly chaotic podcast which occasionally covers regular topics like TV Reviews, Snooker, Canal boating and Music.

Deep Cover is a show about people who lead double lives. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jake Halpern reveals webs of deception and dark underworlds, through interviews with federal agents and convicted criminals.
Sarah Cavanaugh was many things: A decorated veteran. A Marine who saved her comrades. A young woman fighting cancer. She was stoic, humble, tough. In short: a hero. Sarah was everything people wanted her to be—until she wasn’t. Turns out, no one knew the real Sarah. Not her comrades. Not her wife. No one.
Lies tend to be fragile, temperamental things. Small ones may flourish, but the big ones die, wilting under their own weight—except in this case. The bigger it grew, the more real it became.
Jake Halpern and acclaimed investigative journalist Jess McHugh unravel an epic six-year deception that upended the lives of countless people.
To this day, much of this story is shrouded in mystery. There was never a trial and most of the people involved, including victims and investigators, have never spoken publicly in any depth.
In the sixth season of Deep Cover: The Truth About Sarah, Jake and Jess interview all of the key sources—including Sarah, herself—to tell this sprawling tale.
Season five covers the rise and fall of George Santos, the former Republican Congressman from New York, and the stories—many of which were not true—he told about his life and credentials.
Season four, The Nameless Man, tells the epic tale of two federal agents who investigate a rumor about a murder that supposedly took place 15 years prior. It is also the story of a family searching for answers about why their brother was killed. These two storylines collide in a courtroom in Philadelphia, where murder, memory, and morality go on trial.
Season three, Never Seen Again, tells the story of two women living on opposite sides of the country, who went missing in the summer of 1999. Seven years later, their stories collided when a small town detective got a tip and became convinced that if he could solve one mystery, he'd solve the other.
Season two, Mob Land, is about a high-rolling lawyer who joins forces with the feds to try to bring down one of the most powerful criminal syndicates in the country.
Season one, The Drug Wars, tells the story of an FBI agent who goes undercover with a biker gang, and follows a trail of clues that eventually leads to the US invasion of a foreign country.

The comedy podcast that takes history seriously. In each episode of You’re Dead to Me from BBC Radio 4, Greg Jenner is joined by a comedian and an expert historian to learn and laugh about the past.
History isn’t just about dates and textbooks – it’s about extraordinary characters, amazing stories, and some very questionable fashion choices. How long did it take to build an Egyptian pyramid? What does the Bayeux Tapestry reveal about medieval life? Why did it take nearly half a millennium for Joan of Arc to become a saint? And was Catherine the Great really all that great? Whether you want to explore ancient landmarks like Stonehenge and Machu Picchu, dance through the history of Broadway and Bollywood, or find out how the Tudors rose to power, Greg and his guests promise to teach you something new that you won’t have heard in history lessons.
Previous episodes of You’re Dead To Me have covered everything from royals to revolutionaries, actors to activists and divas to dictators. Take a stroll through the history of high-heeled shoes or get the scoop on the history of ice cream. Maybe you’d like to paint like the cave artists of the Palaeolithic era, work out like a Victorian bodybuilder, or fight like a Spartan? We’ve even hosted a special, live episode with the BBC Concert Orchestra to explore the dramatic life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Whatever your historical interests, Greg and his guests make even the trickiest topics easy to follow. Join them for a history lesson that’s as entertaining as it is enlightening - with no homework required.

Stop Waiting. Start Living.
Most of us have been conditioned to believe a lie.
We’re told that our worth is something to be earned, that we need to achieve more, hustle harder, and prove ourselves before we can finally feel like we matter.
But no matter how much we accomplish, something still feels missing.
Why? Because mattering isn’t something you prove—it’s something you create.
And everything changes when you stop proving your worth—and start embodying it.
Why Passion Struck is Different
Most personal growth podcasts focus on hacks and habits—but they miss the deeper question:
👉 Why do we feel unfulfilled, even when we’re doing everything “right”?
Passion Struck is different because it’s built on a deeper truth.
✅ You don’t find meaning—you create it.
✅ Fulfillment isn’t external—it’s built from within.
✅ The life you want isn’t ahead of you—it’s in the choices you make today.
What You’ll Learn
Hosted by John R. Miles, a former Fortune 50 executive and expert on intentional living, Passion Struck brings together top scientists, psychologists, health experts, and thought leaders to explore:
🧠 The Science of Purpose—How your brain is wired for meaning.
💡 The Psychology of Transformation—Why lasting change is hard—and how to make it stick.
⚡ The Mind-Body Connection—How holistic health fuels passion, energy, and performance.
🚀 The New Rules of Success—How to lead, thrive, and matter in a fast-changing world.
This Isn’t Just a Podcast—It’s a Wake-Up Call.
A challenge to stop waiting.
To stop proving.
To start creating a life that truly matters.
🔹 Rewire Your Mind. Redefine Your Life.
🎙️ New episodes drop every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Each week, beloved father-daughter duo Danny and Dani Dyer invite listeners into their world, offering a candid glimpse of life in the Dyer family. The podcast serves as a perfect opportunity for the pair to reconnect, sharing recent experiences and uncovering surprising revelations about each other along the way.
Danny, known for his penchant for the peculiar, regales listeners with his thoughts and theories on everything from UFOs to time travel. To add an element of surprise, they introduce the 'Tumble Dyer' - a whimsical device that generates random topics each week, sparking conversations about their lives and careers, from first jobs and parenting challenges to family traditions and beyond.
The Dyers bring their trademark no-nonsense approach and quick wit to this brand-new podcast, delivering moments both hilarious and heartwarming. Listeners are treated to Dani's horror upon discovering her dad's bedside 'bin drawer', and Danny's amusing realization that cruise holidays aren't his cup of tea.
The show hits the ground running from the pilot episode, where we hear about Dani's engagement to West Ham player Jarrod Bowen. Danny, in his characteristic style, recounts getting choked up when Jarrod asked for his approval, quipping that he was "a bit gutted" the footballer "hadn't proposed to me." In another episode, Danny regales us with the tale of accidentally ending up on a cruise ship surrounded by "thousands of Brits" who recognized him.
Their natural storytelling abilities and undeniable chemistry make the show a laugh-a-minute experience, punctuated by touching father-daughter moments that showcase the depth of their relationship.
Meanwhile, each week there will also be bonus episodes – titled Dyer's Straights – exclusively on Global Player. Here, the Dyers will help listeners solve their problems and dilemmas.

How did a platform so popular and beloved just disappear? Like any self-respecting chronically-online person, Benedict Townsend needed answers. In this 8-part series he tracks down Vine’s founders, social media power players and some of the most famous Vine creators to find out what really happened. What he found? A bizarre story of genius, chaos, and betrayal—and the blueprint for everything that came next. If you want to understand TikTok, or the modern internet itself, you need to understand Vine.

In 2013, journalist Suzanne Rico gets the call. Her mother, Gabriele, is dying. As time ticks down, Gabriele reveals an unfinished memoir about her World War II childhood–and makes a daunting last request: “Finish what I started.” When Suzanne and her sister, Stephanie, dive into their mother’s turbulent past, they come face to face with the truth of their own ancestry for the first time, including mind blowing mysteries that swirl around inventor Robert Lusser–their grandfather–and his work for the Third Reich. As they struggle to bring closure to something as intimate as a memoir, they have no idea of the revelations in store, or the reckoning they will require.

Paloma Faith has had plenty of moments in her life when she's felt mad, sad or bad - or been told that's what she's being. But do these words mean the same for everyone? What does it mean if someone says you're mad: that you're angry? Unstable? Insane? Or perhaps just different... Could those words be liberating, therapeutic or even transformational?
To find out more, Paloma invites an array of actors, comedians, musicians and thinkers into her home to reflect on times where they've felt mad, sad, bad - and even glad - what they've understood and learnt from these experiences too.
This podcast takes us into Paloma's world, with friends and family popping in occasionally - come for the chaos; stay for the conversation!

In this new series, Helen Lewis and Armando Iannucci investigate which political buzzwords are strong and stable and which are a crock of covfefe.
Each week Helen and Armando will crack open the political phrasebook and attempt to decode the doublespeak. Why does everything now have to be 'turbo-charged'? What's the difference between a 'pledge' and a 'mission'? Why has my local MP been 'weaponised' and should I be worried?
You'll be treated to a crash course in the dark arts of political language from two people both baffled and beguiled by it. They'll walk you through the various verbal fiascos of the modern political lexicon so that by the end you'll be oven-ready for an appearance on Newsnight.
Warning: this podcast features strong political language that some listeners may find nonsensical.

At 25, Hannah’s life begins falling apart. An anonymous intruder has made her phone her enemy. Aided by the technology we all rely on, this intruder is watching Hannah, threatening her, even pretending to be her. Feeling increasingly unsafe, Hannah goes to the police, but they can’t stop it. Worse, they don’t even recognise it for what it is: stalking. Hannah doesn’t know for sure who is behind it all, but she suspects an older man she met more than two years earlier at London Fashion Week. Initially, he claimed to have been hacked. Even today, he disputes stalking her. To make sense of what’s happening Hannah turns to a woman she’s known since she was seven years-old, and who also happens to be an investigative journalist. Together with her “ex-step mum” Carole Cadwalladr, they set out to piece together something the police couldn’t: the true identity of Hannah’s stalker. Doing so means untangling a web of deception spanning continents. On her suspected stalker’s trail, Hannah realises nothing about them is as she first thought.
