Που έκαναν θετικές αλλαγές στην ζωή τους και μέσα από τις δικές τους εμπειρίες βοηθούν άλλους να κάνουν και αυτοί το ίδιο. Κάθε βδομάδα θα μιλώ με μία απ’αυτές τις γυναίκες για πολλά και διάφορα που μας απασχολούν πάντα με βάση την ψυχική, πνευματική και σωματική υγεία. Θα μάθετε τρόπους να βάζετε ένα πόδι μπροστά από το άλλο με αποτέλεσμα να μπορέσετε και σεις να καλλιεργήσετε τις φυσικές σας ικανότητες, τα ταλέντα σας και επιτέλους να βρείτε το κουράγιο να διεκδικήσετε ευκαιρίες και δυνατότητες που σας αξίζουν. Πιο σημαντικό ομως απ’όλα είναι να ακούσετε και να μάθετε πως όλες περνούμε τα ίδια και πως αντί να κρυβόμαστε και να παριστάνουμε ότι όλα είναι καλά πρέπει να ξεκινήσουμε να εξωτερικεύουμε αυτά που νιώθουμε χωρίς ντροπή και φόβο.
