  • Why is there a boom in 30+ year old women going for ADHD assessments? Is it just a trend? Or is it that we really are the missed generation and more importantly, the missed gender.

In this podcast, I'll be addressing why ADHD is not "just for boys" - how females often present so differently to males. I'll be talking about how ADHD presents in girls in the classroom, all the way up to how it has presented for me in motherhood, marriage and the mayhem it can cause in every day life.

I'll be joined by other neurodivergent ladies where we openly discuss our traits, coping mechanisms and how a diagnosis has brought validation to our chaotic lives. We will hopefully all have a giggle along the way while advocating that it really is ok to want to go for a late diagnosis - while showing you how to be unapologetically ADHD.

I am one such Expat Parent from Luxembourg who would discuss relevant parenting issues on this podcast one topic at a time.
