2019. aasta jaanuaris meediamaastikule potsatanud ja koheselt populaarseks osutunud korvpallipodcasti "Pihtas põhjas" vedasid esimesel hooajal (viis kuud) spordiajakirjanik Ivar Jurtšenko ja insider ehk asjatundja kõige laiemas tähenduses Gert Kullamäe. Igas saates oli külaline. Räägiti tõsistel teemadel ja tehti nalja. Peenelt. Enda kulul ka.

Pärast seitsme kuu pikkust varjusurma tuli podcast levialasse tagasi 2020. aasta jaanuaris, taas viieks kuuks. Ent teisel kujul. Kullamäe jäi kõrvale. Teemad ja külalised olid aga jätkuvalt aktuaalsed, targad jutud peegeldasid korvpallirahva olevikku ja minevikku.

Kolmas ring läks podcastil käima 2020. aasta septembris ja jällegi pisut teisiti kui varem. Saatejuhte lausa kolm - Kullamäe ja Jurtšenko kõrval hüppas pulti Alar Varrak. Insider'ite insider. Arutlused ja humoorikad vahepalad iga kahe nädala tagant ja nii varasuveni välja.
